DONATE OLD PCS
donate picture of some redundant computersIf you represent an organisation, or even if you're an individual user, we want to hear from you if you're considering an upgrade.

Whether it's an entire network or a single machine that you're thinking of replacing, we'd be interested in taking it off your hands and putting it to a more constructive use than it's ever likely to see as landfill. Alternatively if you've recently upgraded your computer system but haven't disposed of your old machines, we'd also like to hear from you.

In 2001 British Businesses disposed of over 3 million PC's, the majority of which ended up in landfill. The grey plastic shells of computers do not degrade, as landfill they will litter the surface of our planet for the forseeable future.

Help your company take responsibility for its business practices - Donate your old computers to our recycling scheme Some companies currently charge for this service; however as we are recycling computers and not scrapping them, we provide it for free.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR & WHAT WE'LL DO WITH IT.

No matter how low (or high) your old machines specification, whether its a PC or a Mac - we're confident that we'll be able to find a use for it through our recycling scheme. As long as it still works - we're interested in it. We're especially interested in complete systems - with keyboards, monitors and mice. But even if it doesn't work and its a 486 or better we're still interested - we'll either be able to fix it or use it for spare parts. In fact the only things that we're not interested in are dead monitors - we can't do anything with monitors if their tube has blown. We like to use what we're given as effectively as possible - we don't break useful stuff down for sculpture unless we really can't find another way to make it work first

WHAT YOU'LL GET OUT OF IT . . .

. . . apart from supporting the arts and doing your bit to help the environment! If you're donating computers on behalf of an organisation we'll tell people about your positive, green, creative attitude by featuring your organisation on our website and thanking you in our exhibition catalogues and other publicity. If you're an individual donor, we'll welcome you at our exhibitions and performances, where you'll see how your old machine has helped. Either way, not bad for getting rid of your unwanted computer hardware.

OUR GUARANTEES
